Kentucky law requires that charitable organizations and institutions that solicit contributions in or from this state register with the Attorney General’s Office. The Kentucky law governing charity registration is found in K.R.S Ch. 273.00; Ch. 367.650.
To register in Kentucky:

Complete the Unified Registration Statement and mail to:

      Consumer Protection Division
      Attorney General’s Office

      Frankfort, KY 40601

Requirements: Governing Documents and IRS Form 990

Annual Renewal: Yes

Annual Renewal Fee: $0

Extension Available: Automatic

Does charitable registration require a Registered Agent: No
