Michigan law requires that charitable organizations and institutions that solicit contributions in or from this state register with the Department of the Attorney General. The Michigan law governing charity registration is found in MCLA Chapter 400, Act 169; Nonprofit Corporation Act 162 of 1982.

Complete the Charitable Organization Registration Statement and mail to:
