Oklahoma Fundraising Registration Requirements

Oklahoma law requires that charitable organizations and institutions that solicit contributions in or from this state register with the Oklahoma Secretary of State. The Oklahoma law governing charity registration is found in Oklahoma Statutes Title 18.

To register in Oklahoma:

Complete the Oklahoma Registration & Financial Statement and mail to:

Initial Filing Fee: $15 or $65

Requirements: Governing Documents

Annual Renewal: Yes

Annual Renewal Fee: $15 or $65

Extension Available: No

Does charitable registration require Corporate Registration: No

Does charitable registration require a Registered Agent: No

Oklahoma offers Educational and Religious Exemptions.
